SHEILA KAVANAUGH, Executive Vice President, brings TKT & Associates, Inc. nearly 30 years of experience in business ownership, employee/community relations and human resources. In 2006, she accepted an appointment from Governor Ernie Fletcher to the Commonwealth of Kentucky’s Martin Luther King Jr. Commission; and from Judge Executive Tony Wilder to the Danville/Boyle County Board of Adjustment for Planning and Zoning, while continuing to serve as a board director several non-profit organizations including the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), Hospice, the Danville Community Art Center Leadership Council and many others.
Sheila is a member of the Louisville and Central Kentucky Chapters of the Society for Human Resource Managers (SHRM). She has championed fund development events for organizations, including Matsushita/Panasonic, American Cancer Society, the Salvation Army, and the United Way and she is a certified Heritage Hospice volunteer.
A graduate from the National College of Business, Sheila resides in Danville, KY with her husband.
