MICHAEL D ROSE, has more than 20 years’ experience in the consulting, managed services, and staffing industry.
During his career, he’s worked closely with Fortune 1000 companies offering critical business strategy advice on meeting future talent and growth demands. With Michael’s leadership, TKT has successfully executed staffing, managed services, and consulting projects for industry leaders such as Hess Corporation, BD, and Johnson & Johnson. TKT’s clients represent a diverse set of industries, including automotive, life science and medical devices, professional services, insurance, healthcare, and education.
A graduate of Rutgers University-New Brunswick, Michael has cultivated working relationships with colleges and universities across the nation in the development of innovative diversity workforce solutions and received the NAACP Entrepreneur Award in 2005.
He is also involved in the New Brunswick, NJ community, serving as aboard member of the New Brunswick City Markets and Jersey City Plaza West Condominium. He also served as a Franklin Township Trails Advisory Committee Member, Executive Committee Member of the NAACP New Brunswick Area Branch, and Director of National Educational Network, Inc.
Michael lives in Somerset County, NJ with his wife and two daughters.
